Thank you to my faithful subscribers… I realize it’s been several months since my last review/post… As you may know, for the last year, I have been writing travel articles for Stars and Stripes Japan newspaper, and much of my free time has been taken up with travel and writing. Because of that, I also haven’t had time to attend cooking classes like I had been in 2016 and 2017.
However, I realized how much I miss being a food writer and being the kitchen, and several great opportunities have made themselves available to me. I am currently recipe testing for three upcoming cookbooks, I will soon have an upcoming regular column on vegan cooking and lifestyle in Japan, and I will also be reviewing an online cooking school.
